At Ibex Wallets, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return, refund and replacement process.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Only the original damage or defect reported and approved via WhatsApp will be accepted.
Any additional damage beyond the initial report will not be covered.
How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Return shipping costs are shared 50/50 — half covered by Ibex Wallets and half by the customer.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to replace your item with another product of equal value, provided it meets the same return conditions.
Replacement Warranty – 90 Days
All wallets and belts purchased from Ibex Wallets come with a 90-day replacement warranty.
If any manufacturing or quality issue arises within 90 days of purchase, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, rough handling or normal wear and tear.
